A Scattered Human
A couple of thoughts today:
Faith is rarely easy. It's a road fraught with questions and searching. And it challenges us so that we can be refined.
Love is not always happy. It teaches, says "no," and continues to seek the best for the loved. Love doesn't say "you are never wrong," but "I love you when you are right and especially when you are wrong."
Remember that True Love does not stop loving no matter the circumstance.
I've been thinking about blogs. The temptation can be to create a blog that has a specific theme, so that you gain a specific following and make some career out of it. And I've often wondered if seem unorganized by my rapidly changing topics.
After some self-analysis, I realized that I have many interests and blogging is unique in that it can showcase all of them. I love fashion, design, photography. I am a mother, Jesus follower, thinker and human. I am not good at any of these things (except the human thing...dna says so), but here I post. And one day, whether or not anyone reads this blog, I will look back and say, "that's what I was like in my mid to late 20s."
So if you do read this blog, thanks, and I hope you enjoy getting a VERY wide variety of subjects.
